Departing our local area we travel to Yorkshire, with a suitable comfort break en route. Arriving at the hotel, we have time to relax and a enjoy a pre-dinner drink before our evening meal and entertainment. Our first night of entertainment begins with ‘The JDs Rockin’ Good Nite’ a four-piece boyband playing hits from the 60s and 70s on guitar and keys.
After breakfast this morning we make our way to the boutique spa town of Harrogate in the heart of North Yorkshire. Its thriving streets buzz with vibrant shops and eateries. Visit the famous Betty’s tearooms, founded in 1919 by a Swiss confectioner and the Royal Pump Room Museum. After our evening meal tonight, we enjoy an evening of live entertainment in the form of a ‘Vintage Variety Show’ comedy numbers, jugglers, singers, and dancers all help create moments of fun and laughter.
We enjoy a relaxing morning before making our way to board the Haworth Express Keighley and Worth Valley Railway for a 1920s- style murder mystery. As we journey through the Yorkshire Dales a bespoke live-action story will unfold. Are you going to be able to solve the case and discover who committed the murder? Returning to the station we re-join the coach and make our way back to the hotel to enjoy our evening meal. The final night of entertainment comes from ‘The Lipsticks’ . This trio of classy ladies will be playing hits from the 1940s and 1950s rounding off our weekend of vintage entertainment in style.
Departing the hotel after a leisurely breakfast we make our return journey, with a suitable comfort break en route, to arrive home approximately late afternoon.
