In this witty, new breed of mystery, George (Hugh Jackman) is a shepherd who reads detective novels to his beloved sheep every night, assuming they can’t possibly understand, (in fact, the sheep are a whipsmart bunch of amateur sleuths who solve each whodunnit after lights out) When a mysterious incident disrupts life on the farm, the sheep realise they must become the detectives and as they follow the clues and investigate human suspects, they prove that even sheep can be brilliant crime-solvers! Alongside Hugh Jackman, the film features Emma Thompson, Nicholas Braun, Nicholas Galitzine, Molly Gordon, Hong Chau, and a voice cast including Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Bryan Cranston, and Patrick Stewart.
