Description

Situated on the Sussex Coast, Eastbourne is a town with grace and elegance that has something for everyone. Victorian hotels line the seafront promenade alongside the colourful gardens. There is a centrally located pier, a large range of shops in the town and the Sovereign Harbour Marina.

Itinerary

Day 1 -

Departing from our local area we journey south to our holiday resort in Eastbourne with suitable comfort breaks en route.

Day 2 -

Today, we have a morning tour along the beautiful promenade to Beachy Head, Birling Gap and East Dean, before returning to the old town of Eastbourne, where free time is available.

Day 3 -

Today we have a scenic drive through the countryside to the Bluebell Railway at Sheffield Park, where we board the steam train for our included return journey to East Grinstead. After our journey we have free time at Sheffield Park to explore the museum and have lunch before our journey back to the hotel.

Day 4 -

Today we journey to the villages of Pevensey Bay and Wartling before continuing our coastal drive via Herstmonceux Castle, to the historic and attractive town of Battle where free time is available. Continuing our coastal drive to Hastings, Bexhill-on-Sea and Cooden, prior to returning to the hotel.
